On November 2nd, IU, SISTAR, Ailee and Girl's Day spotted at Incheon International Airport going to Hong Kong to attend Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) 2014 on December 3rd.
MAMA is one of the major Kpop music awarding ceremonies held by CJ E&M through music channel Mnet. The awards began in 1999 under the name 'M.net Korean Music Festival (MKMF)'. MAMA not only involving South Korea artist but also from overseas such as China, Japan and United States.
Line up for MAMA this year are GD X Taeyang, EXO, IU, SISTAR, Ailee, WINNER, iKon's Bobby & B.I, Seo Taiji, Block B, Girl's Day, Sunmi, 2PM, BTS, Masta Wu, Dok2, John Legend and many more.
Beside the Kpop idols who attend the awards ceremony, some actor and actrees also attend MAMA 2014 to present the awards. It is reported that only Tiffany will attend MAMA as represent of Girls' Generation.
Girl's Day Hyeri will depart to Hong Kong later after she finishes SBS MTV The Show recording today.
