On June 6th, it is reported that 2NE1 is headed towards disbandment.
YG Entertainment insiders told the media on June 6th, "YG Entertainment is preparing for 2NE1's disbandment. We're planning CL for American promotions and Dara she'll likely transition into acting."
After the news came out, YG Entertainment has officialy denied the rumors. The agency stated, "We don't know where the rumors came from, its not true at all about 2NE1's disbandment. The rumors also not worth responding to."
Then the agency added, "2NE1 also has plans to make a comeback this year."
