SNSD's Taeyeon releases first teaser image for her upcoming solo debut.
On September 30th the first teaser image has been released through SMTOWN's official page (taeyeon.smtown.com). Earlier SM Entertainment confirmed Taeyeon's solo debut will be happening within this year depending on how fast the preparation of her solo album.
Finally, Taeyeon's 1st solo mini album 'I' will be released on October 7th through various music sites at midnight. Also the offline release will be on October 8th. Taeyeon's 1st mini album contains 6 songs with title track 'I' featuring rapper Verbal Jint. 'I' is a medium tempo pop song with electronic guitar melodies and strong drum rhythm.
On October 2nd, Taeyeon released additional teasers for her 1st mini album 'I'. It is also revealed she will release 18 seconds video capture directly from her MV that taken in New Zealand through SM video app 'everyshot', also some images through her instagram account at the same day.
Taeyeon released the additional teaser for 'I' on October 3rd and the music video teaser will be released on the same day at 12PM KST.
First debut stage of Taeyeon will be on October 8th at Mnet's M! Countdown following by KBS Music Bank on October 9th and MBC Music Core on October 10th.
Meanwhile, on October 23th to October 25th and on October 30th to November 1st, Taeyeon to hold first solo concert 'Special Day of Taeyeon' at the SMTOWN COEX Artium in SMTOWN THEATER. Taeyeon will hold solo concert in total six times and also she expected to sing her new song. She also will share some stories and communicate with fans.
